Isabel Juarez, Sports Editor

It’s 2021 and for seventeen year old Isabel Juarez, it’s her senior year. She was born and raised in Long beach and wants to pursue something in writing, which is why she plans to first go to LBCC for two years- then transfer to Boulder University which is known for having the best majoring systems for journalism. Writing, it’s something that Isabel enjoys, along with playing softball; which is why the class of Journalism is her favorite and something she would like to write in her second year of Journalism is sports. Being a Visual Arts Pathway student for Wilson Highschool for three years, Isabelle has some advice for the new freshman that arrived, “Try not to worry about growing up and maturing really quickly and just enjoy your high school experience”
