Roxy Kuper-Wilson, Arts Editor

Roxy Kuper-Wilson is a 15 year old junior at Wilson High School. She is in the Visual Arts Pathway and lives in Long Beach California with her two moms, her pug Olive, her mini Italian Greyhound Coco, and her fish Svedka (who came to her in a Svedka vodka bottle). Her zodiac sign is an Aquarius, and she enjoys playing the guitar, thrifting, and listening to music by artists like Earl sweatshirt, Tyler the Creator, and MF DOOM. Roxy loves to thrift for clothes in the grunge style, she looks for baggy pants, shirts, sweaters, and Doc Martens. To add some extra flare to her look she adds lots of silver jewelry and brown eyeshadow to tie her look together. To support her thrifting addiction, Roxy works at her parents law firm on weekends or after school to get that coin. When she’s not thrifting, Roxy aspires to be a director and is inspired by the success of female filmmakers, and to reach her dream of becoming a female director, she plans on finishing her education at LBCC and then transferring to film school in LA or NYU.
