When we give ourselves compassion, we are opening our hearts in a way that can transform our lives.  Sometimes we may fall into positions in our life when we are just living in our heads and not living in reality.  All of us have our different life experiences and sometimes they leave us feeling discouraged, furious; sometimes we even feel like giving up. Humans tend to have all these tensed-up mixed emotions within the moment of heat. But why stay frustrated? Instead, we can do things to bring tranquility amongst ourselves. Something that personally helps me is writing. There can be a time when we are frustrated and want to yell. A positive way to release your thoughts would be writing all your thoughts in your journal; it’s a form of taking all your frustration off of your mind. Another way to get rid of irritation can be going for a run, doing cardio, playing your favorite sport, etc. Being active can distract you from everything that has been bothering you, you’re so energetic you completely forget about everything else that is going on.  Sometimes we may feel like no one else understands us, we are not alone, there are other people who go through exactly what we go through and share it through podcasts. Listen to a podcast, hear other people’s thought processes on their difficulties and see ways they help themselves overcome what they go through.  There can also be times where we don’t physically feel confident, we let other people’s opinions about our image get to us.  There are plenty of ways to help overcome that and to help you feel majestic! Right when you wake up and before you go to bed make sure to always cleanse your face and brush your teeth; good hygiene is essential. Some of us may struggle with acne. I myself hated it, something that has helped me was creating a skincare routine for myself. If you are tired of your look maybe go for something new like a new hairstyle, haircut, maybe even dye your hair! It’s always nice to switch up your look now and then.
